Employee Benefits


To attract and retain exceptional employees, we provide a comprehensive employee benefits package.  If you interview with Atlanta Country Club, you will receive more detailed information about the benefits we offer to employees.  To help you understand a little of what we offer, we have included a summary of our benefit offerings below.
 


The Luckey Fund
Founded by the ACC Members in 2010, the Charles Luckey Scholarship Fund grants scholarship money to help employees and their families reach higher education goals.

Holidays
The Club recognizes seven major holidays each calendar year as paid holidays for full-time employees.
Full-time employees who work on a holiday receive holiday pay plus pay for hours worked.
 


Sick Leave
Atlanta Country Club provides full-time employees with paid sick leave based on years of service.
 


Vacation Time
The Club provides active full-time employees with two weeks of vacation after one year of service.
 


Medical & Dental Insurance
The Club provides full-time employees with the option to participate in the medical and dental insurance plans.
Coverage is effective on the 91st day of full-time employment.
The cost for coverage is heavily subsidized by the Club.
 


Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance
The Club provides active full-time employees with $10,000 of coverage for basic life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance.
Management employees are provided with $25,000 of coverage.
 


Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Club employees are provided with an EAP to help when everyday problems become overwhelming or life takes an unexpected turn.
The EAP includes 24/7 phone support with a trained counselor, up to three visits with a legal or financial professional and identity recovery services.


Club Privileges
Employee meals per scheduled shift at the convenience of the club.
Golf for employees on Mondays subject to availability and rules governing play.
